We are DPE – a European General Contractor whose main specialization is the comprehensive construction of single-family houses. We originate from the solid construction market of Central Europe. Our history began in Poland, in Poznań, where we took our first steps, completing hundreds of private investments. What started as a vision to create a leading construction company is today an international organization present in 6 European countries. We are not a new, anonymous entity on the Costa del Sol. We come with over 10 years of experience, proven procedures, and capital that guarantees the safety of your investment. From the beginning, we have focused on building houses in traditional (brick) technology, which works best in the Spanish climate, ensuring durability for generations.

That is why at DPE Homes Spain we have implemented the “One Partner – One Process” model. We have our own interdisciplinary team that takes on the entire burden of the investment. From land verification, through obtaining the necessary licenses, to turnkey house construction. Each project is supervised by a dedicated project engineer, and you have full control over the progress of work thanks to the online reporting system (Remote Control), without having to personally supervise every stage of the work on the construction site.
