In this section, we present the results of our work as a General Contractor. Here you will find buildings erected in various climatic zones and using different technologies – from Scandinavian timber-frame houses in Sweden, through solid masonry structures in Poland and Slovakia, to residences in Croatia and Romania.

Technology adapted to the Spanish climate

Although you see various building systems in our European portfolio, in Spain we focus on solutions that work best in local conditions. here, a house does not have to fight the frost, but the sun. That is why our Spanish projects are primarily massive structures:

• Reinforced concrete skeleton and ceramics: This is a local standard that we are improving. We use solid infills (ceramic or concrete blocks) that provide so-called thermal mass. Thanks to this, the house heats up slowly, maintaining a pleasant coolness inside even on hot days.
• Modern flat roofs: In our gallery, you will see many houses with a flat roof. In Spain, this is not just aesthetics, but functionality – these roofs often serve as additional terraces (solariums) with a view of the surrounding area.

Villas, holiday homes, and investment projects

We build facilities of varying scale and purpose – from compact houses with an area of 70-100 m2 (ideal for rent), to extensive premium villas exceeding 300 m2, equipped with infinity pools and advanced automation.

Thermal comfort and low maintenance costs

At DPE, we do not use empty slogans. Instead of talking about “energy efficiency”, we talk about economy and comfort. We equip all our projects with systems that make the house cheap to maintain and convenient to use:

• Aerothermia: High-efficiency heat pumps that cool in summer and heat the house in winter with minimal electricity consumption.
• Sun protection: External roller shutters and appropriate positioning of the building, which act as natural air conditioning.
• Photovoltaics: Using the Spanish sun to power the house and the pool.
